4. Human Consumption

Skye provides testing reports but makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy or availability of the research chemicals. All chemicals are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Skye be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the research peptides or any other services provided by Skye.
9. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skye and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of research peptides or violation of these terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
Skye reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to Skye Peptides website. Your continued membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Members agree to receive promotional emails and marketing materials from Skye Peptides regarding news, updates, and special offers. Members understand that they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skye is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
